LAGI-LAGI BINTANG PORNO >>> Maunya Apa Sih Produser Film Kita??

Andai mereka diajak main film...

Memang sulit menebak jalan pikiran produser-produser film kita yang hanya berorientasi keuntungan tanpa menghiraukan edukasi dan seni.

Kalau sudah begini, pengen rasanya ngadu ke Mira Lesmana, Riri Riza, Hanung, Garin supaya mereka cepat-cepat merilis film mereka....

JOHN STAMOS IN GLEE >>> Now It Makes Me Want To Watch FULL HOUSE Again...

Okay, so you're not familiar with John Stamos, so here is his bio taken from imdb:

John Stamos' original family name is Stamotopoulos, which was shortened by his grandparents when they came to America from Greece. His parents are Bill & Loretta (Phillips), and he has two younger sisters, Janeen & Alaina, both school teachers. His first professional role was as Blackie Parrish on the daytime soap, "General Hospital" (1982-1984), which turned into a 2-year role, for which he won two Soap Opera Digest Awards (1982 & 1983). In 1987, he began the role of Jesse on "Full House" (1987), which is his best-known role to date, spanning 8 years. At his request, the writers of "Full House" (1987) gave his character the last name of Katsopolis, instead of the original character's name, Cochran, in order to highlight John's Greek heritage. He has played drums occasionally with The Beach Boys since 1985, and directed their "Hot Fun in the Summertime" video. More recently, he expanded his career to include the role of J. Pierrepont Finch in Broadway's production of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying!", in 1995, showcasing not only his musical talents, but his dancing ability, as well. On September 19, 1997, he married Rebecca Romijn of MTV's "House of Style" (1989), which was the first marriage for them both. They were officially divorced on March 1, 2005.

Stamos notable famous series was Full House, still not familiar? Here's from wikipedia:

ABC's Full House gradually became a hit, and the show solidified Stamos's career. In the first season, his character's full name was credited as Jesse Cochran. During the second season he then changed his character's last name to Katsopolis to highlight his Greek heritage, according to Jeff Franklin. He played Jesse, who lived with his brother in-law Danny (Bob Saget), whose deceased wife was Jesse's older sister. He helped raise his young nieces DJ, Stephanie, and Michelle. He was known to be the "bad boy" at first, until he fell in love with and married Rebecca Donaldson-Katsopolis and had twin boys Nicholas and Alexander, better known as Nicky and Alex. Although the series was canceled after eight seasons, he still maintains a close relationship with his co-stars Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, Jodie Sweetin, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. As of 2010, the show airs on TeenNick and ABC Family in re-runs.

John was also famous here in Indonesia when TVRI aired the 12 episodes series : The Dreams.

BIG LOVE >>>The Polygamy Ends...!! Ready For The Finale??

Press Release from HBO:

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 28, 2010 – The acclaimed HBO drama series BIG LOVE will return for its fifth and final season SUNDAY, JAN. 16, it was announced today by Michael Lombardo, president, HBO Programming.

“It has been an honor and pleasure to work with series creators Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer on this unique and provocative series, and I’m happy that they will be able to bring the story to its close the way they always envisioned,” noted Lombardo. “We look forward with great anticipation to collaborating with Mark and Will on their next venture.”

“When we created BIG LOVE in 2002, we had a strong conception of the journey the Henrickson family would make over the course of the series, of the story we had to tell,” said Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer. “While we were in the writers’ room this year shaping our fifth season, we discovered that we were approaching the culmination of that story.

“BIG LOVE has been our all-consuming labor of love for the past eight years. We are very grateful for HBO’s continuing support and for the collaborative effort of our partners at Playtone, our producers, our fine cast and our fellow craftsmen and crew for making this show the exceptional and joyful experience that it’s been. This coming January, we look forward to presenting our audience with the most vibrant and satisfying final season of a television series that we can produce.”

“BIG LOVE has been a truly rewarding experience in every way for Tom Hanks and me,” observes executive producer Gary Goetzman. “We’ve been so fortunate to have had such a tremendous cast over the five seasons, and we’ve never been less than amazed with their brilliance and willingness to take risks. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our partnership with Will and Mark and have always been blown away by their storytelling abilities. We believe this final season of BIG LOVE will be the best ever.”

BIG LOVE tells the story of Salt Lake City businessman Bill Henrickson, who balances the needs of his three wives – Barb, Nicki and Margene – their nine kids and three houses, and his own entrepreneurial ambitions. Bill Paxton, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Chloë Sevigny and Ginnifer Goodwin star in the series.

Surely this will be somewhat of a disappointment for long-time fans of the series, but at least the creators are ending the series on their own terms, with a completed story rather than having the series canceled or stretched over too many seasons.

THE WALKING DEAD >>> Zombies Attack...!!! >>> Ini Karya Frank Darabont...!!!

What makes this series worth watching is that it is created by Frank Darabont (oh come one...The Mist, Shawsank Redemption??). For those who haven't known, The Walking Dead is a monthly black and white comic published by Image Comics beginning in 2003

The Walking Dead is centered on Rick Grimes, a small-town police officer from Cynthiana, Kentucky, his family, and a number of other survivors who have banded together in order to survive after the world is overrun with....ta..da...zombies. As the series progresses, the characters become more developed, and their personalities shift under the stress of a zombie apocalypse, most notably Rick's.

(Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes, The Sheriff)

In the beginning of the series, Rick and partner Shane are in a firefight and Rick is shot and enters a coma. Upon waking in a hospital, he discovers the undead are in the building and town. (feeling deja vu? Resident Evil..!!) Rick returns home and shortly decides to go to Atlanta, where the survivors were told to await help, to find his wife Lori and son Carl. He discovers the city is crowded with zombies and bumps into Glenn, a scavenger for a band of survivors. Following Glenn, Rick discovers Lori and Carl are okay along with Shane, who is less than happy that his former partner has returned. He also meets new survivors.

(Jon Bernthal as Shane)

(Laurie Holden as Andrea)

The group searches for a place to call home, settling in several temporary camps, including a prison, which comes to the attention of an insane man calling himself the Governor. The Governor runs his local city like a dictator and tortures Rick and other members of his group, culminating in an all-out assault on the prison. Several of the main characters die in the battle, including the Governor himself. After the prison is made unsecure by the attack, Rick and the surviving members, after leaving with others to Washington, D.C. for a chance to cure the infection, encounter cannibals then a township that is enclosed and safe, but holds a secret.

A little bit Mila, a little bit Wentworth, a little bit Matthew (I meant Resident Evil + Prison Break + Lost), but only maybe because I haven't watched it yet.

Review from Collider.com:

In the opening moments of the pilot titled “Days Gone By”, the tone and style is set for the entire series. A haunting silence lies in the air as a uniformed police officer, possible a sheriff walks through streets and fields littered with abandoned, burned and wrecked cars. Gradually dead bodies become visible, and the flies that swarm buzz in and out. But this sheriff isn’t concerned with the dead. He’s just looking for some gas. But in his search, the silence in the air is broken by a nearby shuffle. Looking under one of the disheveled automobiles, the officer notices the feet of a young girl in some worn slippers. We can only see her from the back, but her pause to grab a stuffed bear relieves our tension. That is until the officer calls out to her, causing her to turn around and reveal her bloody and torn face. With great regret and remorse, the officer puts one bullet right in the center of her skull with a violent, bloody splatter. This is The Walking Dead.

Aisde from not being shy about blood (though at times the digital smattering of it looks a bit sloppy in the effects department), the series also isn’t shy about retreading some familiar ground. After our title sequence, we find the hero of our opening shot back in a world unaffected by the walking dead. This is a time before the tragedy. Very quickly we learn our main protagonist is Deputy Rick Grimes (British TV actor Andrew Lincoln), but just as swiftly, he finds himself wounded in gunfight gone wrong and suddenly waking up in a hospital with no frame of reference for time. But losing track of the date is the least of his concern as he stumbles weakly out of his hospital bed and discovers the hospital in shambles. The grim sight of blood splatters, decayed, maybe eaten, bodies and no life in sight. That is until he stumbles upon a chained and blocked double-door with haunting and warning text painted, “Don’t open. Dead inside.” But what’s inside doesn’t seem the least but dead as quiet moans and dirty hands reach out from behind the doors.

Perhaps this isn’t the most disturbing revelation upon Grimes waking though. As he finally makes his way outside he’s left to the grisly discovery of the remnants of some sort of military rescue in shambles and truckloads of dead bodies wrapped in white sheets lying behind the hospital’s loading dock. Moments like these will continue to define the rest of the pilot, and likely the series, as Frank Darabont isn’t concerned with only tense chases, rushed escapes and cheap scares. He’s concerned with his characters, their very lives and humanity being uprooted as everyone else’s seems to have crumbled around them. Just before Grimes revelation outside of the hospital, plenty of tension builds as he finds himself walking down a pitch black stairwell with only a few matches lighting the way, leaving small bouts of darkness. In any normal horror director’s hands, this scene would give way to a zombie suddenly appearing between the periods of light and dark only to lunge with an orchestral boom. But the only fear and scares we get are from our own minds anticipating the horror. And that’s exactly how these characters, all the survivors we eventually meet, must feel every damn minute.

From here on out, we’re given the usual run-around of small plot points teaching us about these walking dead. Some sort of fever takes over the body inducing death, but only temporarily as the infected are alive again in the least sense of the word. Grimes learns these brief bits as he encounters a father and son living in another family’s house. They know what they’re doing, and they’ve been doing it for awhile. But one of the biggest questions is just how long? We’re given no timeframe as to how long Grimes was left unattended at the hospital, unconscious in his bed. But time is no matter at this point as Grimes is eager to find his wife Laurie and son Carl who seem to have vacated their house, and are hopefully alive at the usual rumored haven somewhere in downtown Atlanta.

If this all sounds like very zombie-centric story you’ve seen before, I don’t blame you for maybe rolling your eyes and already expecting the exact opposite of a safe house in Atlanta. It doesn’t matter. To really dig into this series you need to see and feel the quiet moments that have seemingly never been seen in any conventional zombie filled story before. While many zombie ridden films only have 90 minutes to 2 hours for us to care about our characters, gasp at their danger, jump at their fear, and rejoice at their survival, The Walking Dead is a series and has plenty of time to allow us more than a few breaths, and in those breaths we’re given time to truly understand the weight of this tragedy and the decay of humanity on display. Grimes takes the time to marvel, albeit sadly, at a woman, (half of her anyway) crawling mindlessly, and reaching for Grimes just a foot away. When you have a limited time to spend on a story, and you’re supposed to care about the living characters, you don’t have time to care about the people these walking dead were before. But Grimes takes the time to look into her eyes and say, “I’m sorry that this happened to you.” It’s one of the most emotional scenes I’ve ever witnessed on television.

Without spoiling the rest of the pilot, just know that there are plenty more heart-wrenching scenes like this along with great moments of triumph, hope, and despite a lack of the usual cheap scares, some genuine moments of shock, suspense and fear. The Walking Dead isn’t just another creature feature with zombies feasting on the living and people running, jumping and climbing trees to get away from them. This is a story about the human race and what happens to us when we have to literally look death in the face.

THE FINAL WORD: While it doesn’t have outlandish mystery at its disposal, The Walking DeadLost. Unlike the crippled ensemble series The Event (which is a zombie of a TV series in itself), with Frank Darabont’s opener we’re given a story that is compelling, emotional and full of promise for a great series. Don’t let the title fool you, because The Walking Dead is one of only a handful of new series that is actually full of life.

RIP: GHOST WHISPERER >>> Akhirnya Berakhir setelah 5 Tahun >>Jennifer Love Hewitt Pun Menangis

After five years, Melinda finally left us.

I gotta admit that I'm not one of the biggest fans of Ghost Whisperer, but with it's simple story and a little twist in certain episodes, this series has grown on me.

I remember buying the first season DVD in 2005. I loved the opening in each episode where little Melinda saw her first ghost. Then Wentworth Miller guest starred. The memorable one is when Melinda's best friend, Andrea died and it took 2 episodes to tell the story (Andrea played by Aisha Tyler, love her so much). That episode was so sad. It almost brought me into tears because I just lost my best friend too and wished I could even see his ghost (but not the scary one).

In October 2010, Jennifer Love Hewitt thanked the fans of the show for their support in a goodbye video (filmed in June, 2010), saying:

"Your love and support has meant everything to the cast and crew of Ghost Whisperer and we will all miss you guys very, very much. Go get our DVDs, think about us, miss us and know how much we all will miss you. Much love."

Goodbye Melinda, I love you Jen, see you in other great series....!!!

THE GUYS (TV ACTORS) IN MARIAH CAREY'S VIDEOS >>> Pria-Pria di Video Klip Mariah Carey >>> Will Yun Lee (Boy I Need You)

Will Yun Lee
(Boy I Need You)

Though not in the same scene with Mariah (the story line in the story seemed separated), but Will must be credited for being in one of our diva's video.

Will Yun Lee was born in Arlington, Virginia, to parents recently emigrated from Korea. He was raised by both immediate and extended family and moved often, exposed to life on the tough Bronx streets and idyllic Hawaiian beaches. By his teens he was living in the San Francisco area with his father, a Korean Tae Kwon Do Grandmaster. Lee also became an accomplished martial artist and won an athletic scholarship to the University of California at Berkeley.

While in school, Lee worked at the East Bay Asian Youth Centre teaching high-risk teens from ghetto neighborhoods not unlike those he had known as a child in the Bronx. It was there that his ongoing commitment to young people began, a commitment that continues to play an important role in his life.

It was also at this time that he became seriously interested in acting, and after landing a role in Nash Bridges he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career. Guest star roles in series such as "Profiler" and "Brimstone" led to a role in the TV movie The Disciples for UPN, and soon after to "What's Cooking" and TNT's "Witchblade".

In 2002 he was named by People as one of their "50 Most Beautiful People" which quickly lead to high profile roles in "Die Another Day", "Torque" and "Elektra". He has also acted on FX Network's television series "Thief", ABC Family's "Fallen" and was one of the main characters of NBC's science fiction television drama "Bionic Woman".

(Will Yun Lee in Bionic Woman)

In November 2007, he was again recognized by People, this time as one of the members of their list of the 15 "Sexiest Men Alive". Most recently he appeared as Sang Min in the pilot of the hit CBS series "Hawaii Five O".

In August 2010, Will Yun Lee starred alongside Miguel Ferrer in the indie thriller "Far Away Eyes", which was shot entirely on location in Hong Kong.

Five years after the start of this new society, Berger is now en route to Carpathia on a transporter, expecting the power and status that he enjoyed on Earth, but likely to find resistance from its inhabitants, including President Richard Tate, a fair and respected leader who is determined to run the planet in a democratic way and keep the human species alive.

HAVEN >>> It's Stephen King's story...!!

Finally I can watch this series. Lately I got problem with my TV and as a TV freak, having no TV in my room is a nightmare.

When a friend told me that a series based on Stephen King's novella is out there (I mean the pirated DVD store, ha..ha) I grabbed it and ignored other series. Yeah, it's Stephen King, and the other series can wait.

I don't read all Stephen King's novels, but I watch most of the films/TV series adaptation. I know Haven is TV series, that's why I didn't not expect it as bloody and gory as the King's film adaptation (Hmmm, I love The Mist)

I just watched the first five episodes. Suddenly I remember other mysterious stories I watched lately like FRINGE or Harper Island. No, please don't compare them, Haven even didn't have the eerie atmosphere like Happy Town or even The X-Files, but it had fun pace like Ware House 13. I didn't see any surprisingness in Audre's face when weird things happened in Haven. Comparing Audrey with Scully (The X Files) is really dumb thing to do. Audrey and Nathan's chemistry reminded me Booth and Bones in BONES, though Nathan looked more serious.

Every episode dealt with one supernatural case and sometimes it is easily solved and predicted. But the search of kids on old photos that Audrey found made me want to watch the next episodes, just to fulfill my curiosity on who Audrey really is. I'm not saying that this series is bad (I still love FRINGE for its complicated and serious mystery), but it's just average.

Well, you still need the synopsis? Here I took one from wikipedia:

Shrewd and confident FBI agent Audrey Parker has a lost past and an openness to the possibility of the paranormal. When she arrives in the small town of Haven, Maine, on a routine case, she soon finds herself caught up with the return of "The Troubles", a plague of supernatural afflictions that afflicted the town at least once before. If that was not enough to draw her in, she also finds a link that may lead her to the mother she has never known.

Hey do you know that HAVEN is adapted from Colorado Kid?

THE GUYS (TV ACTORS) IN MARIAH CAREY'S VIDEOS >>> Pria-Pria di Video Klip Mariah Carey >>> Wentworth Miller (It's Like That + We Belong Together)

"Mariah's an international icon. The two days I spent working on her video did more for my career, gave me more exposure, than anything I had done before Prison Break. I'm grateful for the opportunity."

WENTWORTH MILLER

(It's Like That & We Belong Together)

Wentworth Earl Miller III, or better known to audiences as just Wentworth Miller, was born on June 2, 1972, in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England to parents, Joy Marie Palm, a special education teacher, and Wentworth Earl Miller II, a lawyer educator. He has two younger sisters, Gillian and Leigh. When he turned a year old, his family moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York. His father became an assistant district attorney over there. Wentworth retains a dual citizenship, but affirms that he has always been an American. He also comes from a very diverse background, his father is of African-American, Jamaican, English, German, Jewish and Cherokee descent, and his mother is of Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian and Lebanese descent.

Wentworth attended Midwood High School in Brooklyn, where he was a member of Sing!, an annual musical production that was started by Midwood. He later on transferred to Quaker Valley Senior High School in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Wentworth was a straight As student in high school and was involved in the AV club and school newspaper.

After graduating from high school in 1990, he attended Princeton University. He was also a cartoonist for the school paper and a member of the A Capella group, The Princeton Tigertones, where he sang baritone. It was then that he realized he was interested in performing in front of big and small audiences. Five years later, in 1995, he graduated from Princeton with a bachelor's degree in English Literature and moved to California.

That same year, he was hired by a small company who made movies for television. About a year and a half later, he realized that he had unconsciously moved to Los Angeles to be an actor. He then decided to quit his job at the production company even after his employee at the production company had offered him another stable job position. Unfortunately for Wentworth, breaking into the industry was a tough job for him. He worked as a temp at several production companies before ending up working as a temp for his former employee's production office.

(Wentworth in Dinotopia)

It wasn't too long before Wentworth started landing guest roles on show such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, ER and Popular. He also starred in the Hallmark series, Dinotopia, playing the character, David Scott. These guest spots later on led to a role in the feature film, The Human Stain, which happened to be his breakthrough role, alongside Nicole Kidman and Sir Anthony Hopkins, where he played the younger version of Anthony Hopkins' character, Coleman Silk. Although the film didn't fare well in movie theaters, it was well received by viewers and critics, further catapulting Wentworth to bigger stardom.

After The Human Stain, he appeared in the movie Underworld, as Dr Adam Lockwood, opposite Kate Beckinsale and Stealth, playing the voice of EDI. He also guest-starred in the series finale of CBS' Joan of Arcadia, as Ryan Hunter, a charming-yet-sinister man who revealed to Joan that he also spoke to God. It was reported that his character would be Joan's greatest challenge, but in May, CBS decided to cancel the show, leaving fans to wonder what might have been. In 2005, Wentworth appeared in the pilot of Ghost Whisperer before eventually starring on FOX network's
Prison Break.

Wentworth plays the role of Michael Scofield, a character helping his brother, Lincoln Burrows, escape death row after being found guilty of a crime he did not commit. He stars alongside actors, Dominic Purcell, Amaury Nolasco and Robert Knepper. Prison Break became an instant hit and Wentworth secured a spot among viewers as one of the hottest up-and-coming actors around. His performance in the show earned him a Golden Globe nomination, a Saturn Award nomination, as well as three Teen Choice Award nominations.

The Brooklyn native also appeared in two of Mariah Carey's music videos, "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together" as Mariah's love interest. Brett Ratner, who was signed on to direct both the music videos, directed the pilot episode of Prison Break and already knew who Wentworth was. Brett then brought up the idea to the songstress about using Wentworth in the videos. After showing Mariah pictures of Wentworth, she agreed to use him and Wentworth managed to work on both the videos and Prison Break with the help of crew members who constructed a special set on the set of the videos. Wentworth even admits that the two days he spent working with Mariah, was in fact, one of his career highs - even topping anything he's ever done prior to Prison Break because it gave him so much exposure.

Wentworth describes himself as a very private person who likes to spend time just relaxing at home when he's not working. He enjoys swimming, reading, taking naps as well as going to different restaurants every week.

He has also mentioned in an interview that he is writing a screenplay in Chicago, and he enjoys spending time at The Art Institute Of Chicago because he believes that music, painting, movies and theater can all contribute to the work of an actor.

Personal Quotes

When I got to college, acting suddenly seemed like a very risky proposition and all my friends were going to law school or med school or Wall Street.

You might look at my CV and see I've had 12 jobs, but I've been to over 450 auditions so I've heard 'no' a lot more than I've heard 'yes'. So if I go in looking only to meet my own standards, then that will make taking that rejection a little bit easier. And when I do get that job it will seem like icing on the cake.

The show is completely preposterous. But that aside, it's a great ride.

"My experience is that I find myself having to constantly define myself to others, day-in, day-out. The quote that's helped me the most through that is from Toni Morrison's "Beloved" where she says, "Definitions belong to the definers, not the defined" - so I find myself defining myself for other people lest I be defined by others and stuck into some box where I don't particularly belong".

My father is black and my mother is white. Therefore, I could answer to either, which kind of makes me a racial Lone Ranger, caught between two communities.

"I'm kind of a dork. I don't have much game. I'm not particularly comfortable in bars or clubs. I much prefer being home playing Scrabble, having dinner with a couple friends, going to see a movie, or losing a whole weekend to Season 14 of "Law & Order" (1990) or "The Simpsons" (1989).

"I made a decision not to work out because I'm lazy and also, the character is not a superhero. I didn't want him to be a buff guy with Jackie Chan moves because the point is he's smarter than your average Joe" - on playing "Michael Scofield" with his regular physique.

When asked what character from literature he would like to play: "Well, if we can expand the definition of literature to include comic books, I'd definitely love a crack at "General Zod" from "Superman". So I'm hoping that Bryan Singer makes a sequel to the "Superman" that's coming out and casts me" (TV Guide, April 10-16,2006).

I have a little fantasy where in the last episode of the season, we slip into the prison's sewer system, up through the grate, and pop out a hatch - and we're face to face with Matthew Fox and spend season 2 on a tropical beach - jokingly linking his show, "Prison Break" (2005) to "Lost" (2004).

I don't get a chance to watch much. On DVD 'Oz,' 'Reno 911' and 'Family Guy' are definitely in the top 10. I did manage to squeeze in an entire 'Surreal Life' marathon on VH-1 one weekend. I just couldn't turn it off. I felt dirty, but in a good way. -- on what are his favorite TV shows

'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' was a terrific show and Sarah Michelle Gellar was terrific in it. It's really difficult straddling that line between drama and comedy, action and romance, sci-fi and reality and Sarah did it beautifully. -- on who he feels are underrated actors
